Faezeh Akbari is a Ph.D. student in the Biomedical Optics Lab under the supervision of Dr. Yu. She got her master's degree in Photonics and her bachelor's degree in Optical and Laser Engineering in Iran. She joined Dr. Yu's lab in the fall of 2022, and her research interest is the design and optimization of optical imaging instruments. Faezeh is working on the non-invasive measurement of deep blood flow using Laser Speckle Contrast Imaging (LSCI).
