Peiwen Zhang joined Biomedical Optics Lab as a postdoctoral scholar in 2024. She received her B.S. in Electronic Information Engineering from Dalian University of Technology, and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Microelectronics from Tianjin University, China.

She is currently working on developing and optimizing speckle contrast diffuse correlation tomography (scDCT) for 3D imaging of tissue blood flow and oxygenation.
